Account control
Delete your Numday account
This page lets users of the Numday Android app, package com.kamisoft.numday, request deletion of their app account and associated account data. Numday is provided by Pabloku. Privacy contact: privacy@numday-app.com. Last updated: June 21, 2026.
Request deletion
Send a deletion request from the email address used for Numday sign-in whenever possible. If you used Google sign-in, use the email linked to that Google account. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
Email deletion requestWhat to include
- Sign-in email: the email used for email/password or Google sign-in, if you created or linked an account.
- Public alias: your Numday alias if you configured one.
- Approximate last use: the date or month you last used the app, if you remember it.
- Confirmation: we may ask you to confirm ownership before deleting account data.
If you only used Numday as a guest and never linked an email or Google account, there may be no recoverable account identifier outside the app. You can still contact us, but local-only app data can also be removed by deleting app data or uninstalling the app from your device.
From the app
If your installed version includes an in-app deletion path, open Numday, go to Settings, then Account, and choose Delete account. If the option is not available in your installed version, use the email request above so you can still initiate deletion from the web.
Data deleted or deactivated
- Firebase Authentication account identifiers controlled by Numday, including anonymous identity and linked email or Google sign-in state where deletion is available.
- Private profile data linked to your account, including account state and alias reservation records where they can be removed without affecting other users.
- Pending scores, private challenge state, notification tokens, reminder state stored remotely if present, and support data tied directly to the deletion request.
- Active private league memberships linked to your account. If you created a league, the league may be closed or anonymized to preserve consistency for other members.
Data that may be retained or anonymized
Some records may be retained or anonymized when needed for fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, support records, debugging, abuse prevention, or leaderboard integrity. Published ranking entries may remain in anonymized or alias-only form so historical challenge rankings and league results do not break for other players.
Aggregated analytics and crash diagnostics may remain when they no longer identify your account directly. Service providers may retain limited logs according to their own retention schedules.
Timing
We aim to process valid deletion requests within 30 days after verifying ownership. Backup copies, provider logs, and security records may take longer to expire, usually up to 90 days unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
